Scrapbook Paradise uses Australia Post for all deliveries. All orders are posted within 1 business day of receipt of payment. For deliveries to NSW and ACT, please allow 3-4 business days. For delivery to all other Australian States and Territories, please allow 4-7 business days. We only deliver within Australia. Pickup is available by appointment

Returns

Returns are for faulty goods only and not for changing your mind. Items with a manufacturing fault will be exchanged for the same product, but only after we have received the faulty item back. If there are none in stock, a refund will be issued upon Scrapbook Paradise receiving the returned faulty item(s). It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that the faulty item(s) are returned to us within 7 days before an exchange or refund is issued. All returned items are to be sent via Registered Post
